O seminário OCDE ‘Pequenas e Médias Empresas, Desenvolvimento Rural e Transição para Mudanças Climáticas” foi realizado dia 9 de fevereiro em Paris. Dividido em três etapas, os três moderadores que coordenaram as discussões são gestores da OCDE e cuidam dos temas abordados pelo seminário. Maria Beatriz Martins Costa e Rosina Guerra apoiaram na organização do encontro.
